Who We Are
Dave Wall is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with an honours degree in zoology and is one of Ireland's most experienced marine mammal surveyors. He has conducted numerous ship-based marine mammal surveys on Irish and EU commercial and research vessels, has logged in excess of two thousand hours of survey experience at sea and has also worked as a surveyor on the EU-funded SCANS II and CODA surveys.
What We Do
WildOcean offers marine mammal survey and mitigation services to the oil and gas and offshore renewables industries, offshore and onshore construction industries, government and non-governmental organisations and individuals. WildOcean also has many years experience in terrestrial mammal surveys and mitigation services for road and housing developments, as well as radio-tracking and tagging studies and bait marking studies.
Where We Work
WildOcean operates within the UK, the Republic of Ireland and internationally. Recent projects have been completed in the Porcupine Seabight; Northern Ireland, Mayo, the Black Sea, Dublin, the Celtic Sea, the North Sea, Nigeria and South Africa.
